The Award in Organisational Psychology equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to navigate human behavior and foster a harmonious work environment. Through the study of psychology, students learn to analyze and assess human behavior, identify mental health implications, and implement effective recruitment and talent management strategies. The program is delivered part-time over two months and assessed through assignments.

Students will equip themselves with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the complexities of the human psyche and foster a harmonious and productive work environment.

Objectives:

By the end of this Award, learners will have been exposed to:

• Critically examine and evaluate the discipline of psychology and the scope of the discipline
• Critically analyse and assess how the study of human behavior can assist human resource professionals in effectively managing the human resource capital
• Identify the importance of mental health and how it affects employees in their everyday life at work
• Practice effective recruitment and talent management through psychological assessments

Assessment:

The Award in Organisational Psychology shall be assessed through the use of an assignment.
