The Undergraduate Diploma in Business Management is a 9-month program designed to equip learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage people, lead teams, mitigate conflict, and communicate effectively within an organization. Objectives:

• Understand the effects of the external environment on the overall success of a business.
• Comply with employment laws and regulations when performing recruitment.
• Understand the key differences and similarities between management and leadership.
