The Award in Coaching and Mentoring at Central Mediterranean Business School equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to effectively coach and mentor in the workplace. Through a combination of face-to-face and work-based learning, students learn various models and tools for enhancing coaching abilities, managing teams, and improving productivity. The program covers topics such as conflict resolution, communication, and interpersonal skills, and leads to a Level 7 qualification recognized by the Malta Qualifications Framework.

Degree Overview:

The Award in Coaching and Mentoring is designed for aspiring and practicing coaches or mentors who want to understand the fundamentals of coaching and mentoring and their role in successful organizations.

Objectives:

• Learn various models and tools to enhance coaching skills.
• Effectively coach individuals and teams in the workplace.
• Develop management skills, improve productivity and efficiency, increase confidence, and lead more productive teams.

Assessment:

• A work-based learning project will be used to assess students.
