Step 2: Submitting all the collected documents to the email
for transfer applicants only.
Note:In the subject section of the email, please always include the student’s name, surname, passport number, and the program choice (MD).
About application timeframes for transfer students:
After you provide all the required documents, we will get back to you with the credit recognition results within one week. If you accept our offer, in one or two business days you will receive the letter of conditional acceptance with all the negotiated terms. After initiating the payment, our admissions office will further process the application and submit it to the Ministry of Education of Georgia. The official results are normally available within one month. Invitation letters will be sent to you within 3 business days after we have received confirmation from the ministry about your enrollment.

Certificate of English language level B2 (or a document confirming studying in an English-language educational program) - in case of absence of the language certificate, the applicant will be invited to the internal university B2 level English language test.

About application timeframes for freshman applicants:
After you provide all the necessary documents, our admissions team will invite you to the interview within three business days. If you accept our offer, in two business days you will receive the letter of interview confirmation and the letter of conditional acceptance with the listed conditions. After initiating the payment, our admissions office will further process the application and submit it to the Ministry of Education of Georgia. The official results are normally available within one month. Invitation letters will be sent to you within 3 business days after we have received confirmation from the ministry about your enrollment.
