The MSc in Food Microbiology at University College Cork (UCC) is a one-year full-time program that provides advanced theoretical education and practical training in food microbiology. Students will gain knowledge in food safety and spoilage, food fermentation, food biotechnology, hygienic production of food, and the impact of diet on health.
