This 3-hour online Zoom course covers the Construction Contracts Act 2002 (CCA), its key provisions, payment claim submission, and the Adjudication process. Participants will gain practical knowledge to protect retention money, ensure fair payments, and resolve disputes efficiently. Targeted towards contract and project managers, supervisors, and experienced professionals, this course includes course notes for future reference.
