Global Gender Studies PhD: Entry Requirements
Entry Requirements:
Applicants to the Global Gender Studies PhD program at the University at Buffalo must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Women's Studies, Gender Studies, Cultural Studies, Sociology, Anthropology, History, Literature, or Political Science. They must also have strong academic records, demonstrated research experience, and a clear research proposal.
Language Proficiency Requirements:
Applicants whose native language is not English must demonstrate English proficiency by achieving a minimum score of 100 on the TOEFL internet-based test (iBT), 7.0 on the IELTS academic test, or 600 on the paper-based TOEFL test.
