The Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.S.) degree in Culinary Leadership Concentration is designed for students with Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degrees in technical fields. The program offers maximum flexibility, allowing students to attend on-ground, online, or in either mode as needed. The curriculum includes a core of 10 credits, a concentration of 24 credits, general electives of 42 credits, and a senior capstone of 3 credits.
