• For students with no knowledge of Japanese.
Lays a foundation for speaking, writing, and reading the language.
• Module 2: Japanese II (JPN 1121C)
• Continuation of Japanese I.
• Module 3: Japanese III (JPN 2200)
• Strengthens speaking and hearing communication skills.
Focuses on speed, rhythm, pronunciation, basic writing, and reading comprehension with new Kanji and vocabulary.
• Module 4: Japanese IV (JPN 2201)
• Continues building speaking and hearing communication skills.
Intends to improve speed, rhythm, pronunciation, and strengthen writing and reading comprehension skills. Introduces new Kanji and vocabulary.
