Student Services
When you join our hotel school, you will become a part of a bigger family. Whether you find yourself far from home for the first time, or if you need a bit of friendly academic advice, we make sure there is always someone you can talk to.
- Academic Office - Assists students with any administrative issues related to academics: study attestations, records of achievement, diplomas, class schedules, module exemptions.
- Administrative Office - Availabe for questions regarding students visas, resident permits, invoices, and other enrolment information.
Housing services
At the time of your enrolment you have to choose on of the following room types:

ICT services
Computer Room - It is accessible to students outside of class hours.
Medical services
The school provides students with health care coverage (including the daily cost of hospitalization in a shared room) and for corporal accident both on and off school premises in Switzerland and abroad. In case of accident or illness, students should first contact the reception or the student counselor who will organize further action.

Campus life
The school shares its campuses with Swiss Hotel Management School students.
The historic Caux Palace campus overlooks the Swiss Riviera in a beautiful former palace hotel. The Leysin campus is housed in two former hotels in the stunning Swiss Alps.
Caux campus is the base for all first and second year Bachelor students, as well as Master of International Business in Hotel Management students. Set in the hills overlooking Lake Geneva, it is a short train ride from the city of Montreux with its shops, restaurants and cosmopolitan lifestyle.
All third-year Bachelor as well as Master students reside in Leysin, a well-known mountain resort. Leysin offers students a wide range of recreational and sporting activities.
Sports facilities
The sport and leisure coordinator is at the disposal of the students and organises weekly sporting activities and excursions.
The Bachelor’s degree, Master of International Business in Hotel Management and Master of Science programmes are awarded by the University of Derby. The hotel management courses have also been developed with the support of leading hospitality companies like Six Senses Hotels & Resorts and Walt Disney Parks and Resorts.
Swiss Hotel Management School has been awarded the prestigious “Apple Distinguished School” recognition, which is granted to centres of educational excellence that demonstrate innovative use of technology to support learning goals.
Swiss Hotel Management School holds Swiss EduQua and international THE-ICE (International Center of Excellence for Tourism and Hospitality Education) acrreditations.
