Audencia's Bachelor in Management is a three-year, full-time program offered on the Nantes, Paris, or Vendée campuses. It aims to prepare future managers for various business and management professions by providing key academic skills, international exposure, digital expertise, global responsibility awareness, and professional experience. The program combines academic excellence, professional experience (12-16 months), study-abroad opportunities (minimum 6 months), and curriculum customization. The program is structured across three years:
- Year One: Learning the Basics: This year focuses on fundamental knowledge in marketing, management, business, economics, law, and modern and digital languages. Students choose electives from a wide range of options. Core subjects include marketing, negotiation and sales techniques, financial analysis, economics, organizational structure of companies, fundamentals of law, geopolitics, and climate issues. Language classes (LV) include English (for French track students), and a choice of French as a foreign language, Spanish, German, or Chinese. - Year Two: Define Your Project and Get Started: This year allows students to acquire business culture in an international context, strengthen commercial, marketing, and management skills, consolidate modern languages, and reinforce teamwork abilities. Students choose between two tracks:
- Track 1: A semester of advanced courses at Audencia (with electives in design thinking, commercial prospecting, international relations, coding, energy transition, diversity and inclusion, etc.) followed by a semester of operational internship in France or abroad OR academic expatriation at a partner university.
- Track 2: A semester of operational internship in France or abroad OR academic expatriation at a partner university, followed by a semester of advanced courses at Audencia (with the same elective options as Track 1). Students entering in the second year only have Track 1 available.
- Year Three: Professionalization and Consolidation of Skills: This year emphasizes professionalization through specialization courses designed to master key company functions. Specializations are open to all students, regardless of campus, but may require campus changes depending on the specialization chosen. Options include: Each specialization has a detailed curriculum outline with specific courses and career targets.
- Management for Tomorrow: An English-language course deepening knowledge acquired in years 1 and 2, preparing students for ecological and social transition challenges.
- Study Abroad for a Double Degree: A double degree program at partner universities in Sweden, Japan, Ireland, Colombia, Senegal, or Spain.
