It focuses on the theory and practice of governments, providing students with knowledge of government policies, rules, regulations, political analysis, comparative politics, international relations, international law, and international organizations. The program also incorporates Business Program-related subjects, recognizing their increasing importance in today's business world. The ability to define a problem and contribute to its solution, along with skills in writing, research, and evaluation, are key outcomes. The program prepares graduates for the flexibility required in the modern employment market, anticipating the possibility of multiple jobs and careers.

The Political Science Department prepares students for careers in various sectors:

• Governmental Institutions: The program equips students with the knowledge and skills needed to pass the Foreign Ministry test (Diplomatic corps), leading to careers in diplomatic and foreign services.
Other opportunities include Research Analyst, Public Policy Analyst, Public Relation Specialist, Political Consultant, and Political Campaign Staff.
• International Organizations: The program fosters critical thinking and research skills, preparing graduates for roles in international organizations like the United Nations and its agencies.
• Banks and Multinationals: The program combines Political Science with Business Administration, offering a major in Political Science and a minor in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Information Systems, or Management of Media Organizations.
This opens opportunities in banks and multinational organizations.
