The Aviation Management Certificate (AMC) is a one-year (three-semester) certificate designed to meet the growing demands of the aviation industry. It offers both flight (Brampton) and non-flight (Sault Ste. Marie and Brampton) options, incorporating current industry-relevant courses and external certification opportunities. The program allows professionals with college-level education to upgrade their skills to a university level without a three-to-four-year commitment. The program aims to enhance skills and abilities for professional development within current and/or future organizations.

The AMC is structured across three semesters:
- Semester One (3 courses):
- AVIA 2206 Aviation Safety Management Systems
- AVIA 2706 Aviation Quality Assurance
- AVIA 2806 Fundamentals of Aviation Law and Regulations
- Semester Two (4 courses):
- AVIA 3306 Airline Management
- AVIA 3506 Procurement and Supply Chain Management

Other:
Undergraduate certificates are also available for students wishing to pursue an additional credential during their degree program or part-time. These are only offered part-time and are intended to complement other credentials. Students enrolled in an undergraduate certificate while completing a degree are ineligible for a minor in the same discipline. Limited spots are available in the Aviation Management Certificate at the Brampton and Sault Ste. Marie campuses. The program offers start dates in September, January, or May.

Entry Requirements:
Domestic students require a minimum average of 70%, with six Grade 12 U/M courses including ENG4U and two U/M MATH (MDM4U recommended). Admissions are based on secondary school credentials. There are limited spots available in the Aviation Management Certificate at the Brampton and Sault Ste. Marie campuses.
