The GBSB Global on-campus MBA in Barcelona is a 15-month program designed to develop responsible, resourceful global leaders. - Term 3: Focuses on fostering business agility within different functional areas. Modules include Supply Chain and Operation Strategy (6 ECTS), Marketing and International Positioning (6 ECTS), and Project Management in Action- Part 2 (8 ECTS).
- Term 4 (Online): Students work on a final project. Modules include Leadership, Human Resources and Organisation (6 ECTS) and Final Cases (Capstone) (16 ECTS). The Capstone assignment is a comprehensive culmination of the MBA student’s academic journey, applying knowledge and skills from a chosen elective module.
- Term 5 (Online): Students complete an elective track (8 ECTS) from one of three options:
- Option 1 - Artificial Intelligence and The Future: AI for Business Application, Strategy Change and Transformation, Competing in the Cyberspace.
- Option 2 – Sustainability and Governance: Circular Economy, Smart City Management 3.0, AI for Management and Infrastructure Development.
