The 2-Year MSc in Digital Business & Data Management at Audencia aims to equip students with the skills and knowledge to understand and respond effectively to digital disruption. Outline:
The 2-year MSc program comprises 465 hours of training. The first year is compulsory and takes place in Nantes.
- Advanced Management Courses: These cover fundamental management principles including Financial Analysis, Management Control, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurial project & business plan, Business Simulation, Customer Experience & Branding, Financing an International Project, Managing and leading a Team, Cybersecurity, and a foreign language. Sport is also included.
- GAIA Courses (Ecological & Social Transition Management): This section explores the challenges of ecological and social transition, integrating natural sciences, engineering, humanities, social sciences, and management. Teaching methods involve immersive learning and partnerships with various organizations (NGOs, social and solidarity economy actors, etc.). Specific courses include Ecology and biodiversity, Climate science for business, Geopolitical strategies of energy and technology, Impact finance, Nature inspired innovation & marketing, Strategizing and ethical challenges, Spreading impact, Consulting project for sustainable business, Introduction to research methods, a foreign language, and Sport.
- Digital Business & Data Management Specific Courses: The program includes modules focused on Digital Transformation, Digital Transformation Consulting, Digital Transformation Project Management, Competing in the Age of Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Applying Blockchain to all Business Sectors, Digital Business Models, Digital Technologies and Fundamental Ecosystems, Cybersecurity in the Digital Economy, Industry 4.0, Circular Economy and Sustainability, Digital Culture and Philosophy, Change Management in the Digital Age, Future of Work and Digital Transformation, and Data for Business.
- Internship or Work Experience (4-6 months): This provides practical, real-world experience in a professional setting, allowing students to apply their acquired knowledge and skills. The internship can be in France or abroad.

The program is taught in English and is a full-time, face-to-face program. It offers a maximum duration of 26 months and leads to a Master of Science degree (Grade Master, Visé BAC+5). The program is based at the Audencia Atlantic Campus in Nantes and has a capacity of 30 students. The program is not accessible via Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE). After graduation, students can pursue the Agile Manager Certificate. The Career & Corporate Relations Center provides career support services, including assistance with CVs, cover letters, and internship searches.
