Audencia's Grande École program is a high-level, two-year (PGE) Master in Management program leading to a nationally recognized master's degree (Master - Visé BAC+5). The program aims to train leaders to meet current and future economic, technological, and social challenges. Students receive multidisciplinary education, international experience through opportunities for academic exchanges, double degrees and internships abroad, internships, and practical projects to gain solid professional experience. Students can personalize their course with a choice of three tracks: commitment, modular, or apprenticeship. The program promotes personal development through academic excellence, international openness, and a strong professional network composed mainly of graduates, providing access to concrete projects and opportunities to meet partners.
Outline:
The program is structured across two years (Master 1 and Master 2).
Master 1:
Master 1 allows students to choose a path:
- Engagement Track:
The first year consists of a semester of in-depth management or a semester on energy and environmental transition management (Gaïa) (face-to-face or distance learning). The second half involves an associative mission, student job, entrepreneurial activity, or high-level sports. The second year includes a semester abroad and a corporate internship.
- Global Business Track:
This track allows students to build their academic pathway with two academic semesters chosen from three options (in-depth management, Gaïa, or international) and two internship semesters. Examples include a semester in Energy and Environmental Transition Management - Gaïa, followed by an internship, then another internship, and finally an international semester; or a management semester, followed by a Gaïa semester, then two internships.
- Apprenticeship Track:
This 24-month salaried contract track offers four options: Finance (starting in Master 1 in Paris, alternating two weeks in the company and two weeks at CFA), Marketing Business Development (starting in Master 1 in Paris & Nantes, alternating two weeks in the company and two weeks at CFA), Audit, public accounting (in the second year in Nantes, semester-based), and Consulting (in the second year in Nantes, semester-based, following a management or Gaïa semester and an internship).
Master 2:
This final year focuses on dual skills. Students can choose from over 20 specializations across four themes at Audencia, along with double degree opportunities in France and internationally. Course options include Masters of Science (MSc) programs. The program includes courses designed to develop skills in evaluating the environment, defining strategic directions in an international context, defining marketing action plans, managing company activities, and supporting company development and teams. The pedagogical approach combines 80% face-to-face and 20% distance learning.
Assessment:
Assessment methods include continuous monitoring, written evaluations, in-class exams, a final dissertation, and an oral defense.
Teaching:
Audencia's Grande École program emphasizes a balance of theory and practice. The program focuses on mastering management fundamentals and gaining a global vision of company operations. Students apply skills through internships and group work, which inform their final-year specialization choices. The school highlights its international approach and commitment to managing ecological and social change. Specific courses, exchange opportunities, internships abroad, and a network of international partners provide a global perspective and collaborations with actors committed to ecological and social transition.

Career support is available through the Career & Corporate Relations Center, offering assistance with internships, CVs, cover letters, and professional development.
