This Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship is designed for employers seeking to train individuals for line management roles, whether they are new to management or have some prior experience managing teams, processes, or projects. The program aims to equip apprentices with the leadership and management knowledge and skills beneficial to their careers and their employing organizations. The qualification aligns with current management standards and applies to team leaders, first-line managers, and supervisors across various sectors and organizational sizes. Apprentices work under a tutor/assessor to gain and develop essential skills for their roles. The program covers core knowledge and skills needed for team leader and/or supervisor positions. Apprentices complete mandatory and optional units, an electronic portfolio demonstrating competence and knowledge, and an end-point assessment.

The apprenticeship curriculum includes units focused on:

- Project Management and Finance Typical tasks apprentices will learn to perform include: supporting, managing, and developing team members; managing projects; planning and monitoring workloads and resources; delivering operational plans; and resolving problems.
Careers:
Upon successful completion of the Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship, learners can progress to the Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship or the Level 5 Operation/Departmental Management Apprenticeship.

The program is offered on a part-time basis with year-round enrollment. The location is Garden Mills. The duration is one academic year. The entry requirements typically include 5 GCSEs at grades 9-4 (A -C), but this is determined by the employer.
