- Maintaining a safe, hygienic, and secure working environment.
- Maintaining, handling, and cleaning knives.
- Working effectively as part of a hospitality team.
- Maintaining food safety when storing, preparing, and cooking food.
- Preparing fish, meat, poultry, and vegetables for basic dishes.
- Cooking and finishing basic fish, poultry, vegetable, soup, pasta, dough, and meat dishes.
- Preparing, cooking, and finishing basic bread and dough products. The course duration is one academic year, starting in September 2025, and is delivered part-time.
