The course covers two main areas: "Creating Systems to Manage Information" and "Using Social Media in Business."
- Using Social Media in Business: This module explores various social media platforms, their uses, and potential pitfalls in business contexts. Students will develop and implement social media strategies, create and post content, interact with others, collect data on social media usage, and review the effectiveness of their strategies.
