The course includes compulsory day trips (approximately £80 cost) to locations such as Blackpool, Leeds, and York. Students must also purchase a study pack (approximately £10) and a uniform (approximately £30-£40) including a Bradford College branded shirt and tie/scarf, polo shirt, and fleece jacket. The uniform consists of plain black trousers/skirt (no leggings) and smart shoes (no trainers).
Assessment:
Assessment is primarily internal, with a small number of online tests. Ongoing assessment builds a portfolio of evidence. Assessment methods include group and individual work, online tests (three units), practical tasks and role-play activities, presentations, professional discussions, and written work.
Teaching:

Careers:

The course is delivered in partnership with an unnamed entity. The course includes compulsory day trips (both locally and regionally) that students will have to pay for. English and/or Maths will be included in the timetable if students haven't achieved a GCSE at grade 4 or above in these subjects. The course materials include a study pack (lever arch file, dividers, plastic wallets, general stationery, and a flash drive). Students will participate in the National Citizens Service (NCS) program to develop key employment skills.
