Program duration is a minimum of three years and a maximum of six years, including obligatory courses, elective courses, and thesis components. A 75% attendance rate is mandatory for each course, along with fulfilling practical or clinical requirements. A CGPA of 2.0 or more is required for thesis proposal submission, thesis defense, and graduation.

Assessment:

The assessment includes a thesis dissertation research work equivalent to twelve (12) credit hours, registered across semesters (including summer semesters if needed). The distribution of these credit hours must be approved by the thesis supervisors. Candidates must achieve a CGPA of 2.0 or more for thesis proposal submission, thesis defense, and graduation. Candidates must also complete an adequate number and variety of acceptable fully documented and treated cases, literature reviews, seminars, and comprehensive case studies, approved by the course director and head of the department, and certified by the head of graduate studies. These requirements must be completed before examination for each course. Failure to pass a core module on the second attempt results in dismissal from the program.
