It focuses on promoting health through food. The program trains professionals to understand food systems and develop and implement healthy and sustainable food strategies from global, collective, and individual perspectives to safeguard planetary and human health. A 5% discount on tuition is offered to members of related professional colleges. The language of instruction is Spanish. The program runs from October to June. It grants access to doctoral studies according to university regulations. Two modalities are available: blended learning or 100% online.
