Successful completion leads to a "Experto Universitario en GESTIÓN DEL CONOCIMIENTO Y PROCESOS EN LA ORGANIZACIÓN" degree from the enrolling university. The general objective is to train professionals capable of understanding and mastering knowledge management techniques in their technical and organizational aspects, including psychosocial processes. Specific objectives include mastering modern knowledge management techniques using new technologies, developing human resource planning, organization, performance, and supervision functions and procedures, and understanding the psychosocial processes underlying people management in technological development and business organizations.
