Program Outline
Degree Overview:
The Project Administration program aims to equip individuals with the skills to manage projects of any nature. It focuses on acquiring general and executive skills necessary for successful project realization. The program structure covers both managerial aspects (initiating, planning, designing, executing, controlling, closing, and post-mortem analysis) and strategic elements related to program or portfolio projects. A key feature is its concise structure, summarizing knowledge into nine topics. The program involves Certified IPMA professionals and is supervised by IPMA/AGPA member associations. The program is designed for highly disciplined professionals, with or without prior experience, who seek to expand their project administration knowledge for application in teaching, research, or professional settings. Successful completion leads to a Specialization in PROJECT ADMINISTRATION degree awarded by the enrolling university. Students may also obtain a Certified Project Management Associate (Level D) certification through a cooperation agreement with the Argentina Project Management Association (AGPA) and the Argentina IPMA Certifying Body (OCIA), contingent upon enrollment and completion of the Project Design Module and a subsequent test. This certification is exclusive to students residing in America. The program has 38 credits and takes 9-12 months to complete, depending on student dedication.
