The Master’s Degree in Corporate Communication comprises 72 credits, divided into subjects, an external internship, and a master's degree final project. It offers two specializations:

  • Journalism: Functions and Media: This specialization trains students to work critically in journalism, using practical, modern knowledge and innovative tools to succeed in an ICT-impacted context.
  • Audiovisual Production: This specialization prepares students for the audiovisual sector, providing knowledge and activities to develop skills in using technological advancements in audiovisual and multimedia fields.

Admission Requirements

Entry Requirements:

Access to master's degree studies is granted to students who meet one of the following conditions (as per article 16 of Royal Decree 1393/2007, amended by Royal Decree 861/2010): Possession of an official Spanish university undergraduate degree or a degree from a higher education institution within the European Higher Education Area that qualifies for master's degree access in the issuing country. Students holding an undergraduate degree from outside the European Higher Education Area may access without degree accreditation, provided the university verifies their education is equivalent to a Spanish official university undergraduate degree and allows access to postgraduate studies. This does not imply approval or recognition of the prior diploma for purposes other than master's degree entry. Students with special educational needs due to disability will have their needs for curricular adaptations, itineraries, or alternative studies considered. The Master's Degree in Corporate Communication specifically targets:

  • Graduates in Journalism.
  • Graduates in Audiovisual Communication.
  • Graduates in Advertising and Public Relations.
  • University graduates with equivalent qualifications (both from Spanish and international systems).
  • University graduates with specific training in Communication.
  • Additionally, the European University of the Atlantic requires:
  • Proof of advanced knowledge (postgraduate level) in the academic field of the master's degree, particularly in communication foundations and history, mass media, oral expression, intellectual property, and communicator competencies and abilities.
  • The admission process involves preregistration and enrollment, requiring submission of an application form, resume, ID/NIE/passport copy, academic record copy, and two passport photos. The Admissions Committee assesses applications based on academic record (80%) and other merits (20%). The committee may conduct interviews. There are 90 places per group per academic year.
