The OTHM Level 7 Diploma in International Business Law comprises six mandatory units totaling 120 credits. The units are:
- International Trade Law: Level 7, 20 credits.
- Commercial Trust Law: Level 7, 20 credits.
- Industrial and Intellectual Property Law: Level 7, 20 credits.
- Law and Financial Crimes: Level 7, 20 credits.

The program is accredited by the Ofqual Awarding body OTHM. It is available in two durations: 8 months (fast track) and 12 months. Learners can choose between online or blended learning modes. Entry requirements include an honors degree in a related subject or a relevant UK level 6 diploma (or equivalent overseas qualification) and being 21 years or older at the course start.
