It covers supporting individuals with physical and emotional care, daily living needs, and health and social care procedures. The qualification aligns with the Apprenticeship Standard for Lead Adult Care Worker. The program requires learners to achieve a minimum of 58 credits for the Diploma, including 28 credits from mandatory units and 30 from optional units. At least 35 credits must be at level 3 or above. The modules are structured as follows:
