Degree Overview:
The Bachelor in Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Management at Clermont School of Business is a Bac+3 degree (Bachelor's degree) awarded by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR). The program aims to transform students into versatile digital experts, equipping them with the technical skills, digital culture, and essential certifications to succeed in digital marketing and e-commerce roles within SMEs, agencies, and large enterprises. The program covers all aspects of digital marketing and e-commerce, including implementing digital marketing strategies, engaging and managing social media communities, and mastering e-commerce techniques for customer acquisition. Students gain practical experience through immersion in the digital ecosystem, international experiences, professional experiences (internships or apprenticeships), and the development of soft skills. Upon completion, students can enter the workforce or continue their studies in a Master's program. The third year is taught 100% in English and is accessible to students who have completed two years of undergraduate business studies. The school is accredited by AACSB, AMBA, and EFMD Bachelor, and is a member of CGE and CDEFM, part of the Université Clermont Auvergne network.
Outline:
The program is structured across three years (180 ECTS credits):
- Year 1: Discovery (60 ECTS credits): This year focuses on foundational knowledge and project-based work. Modules include Digital Marketing & Communication Strategy, Digital Culture, Fundamentals of Agile Methodology, Introduction to E-commerce, and public speaking.
- Year 2: First Choices (60 ECTS credits): Students refine their professional project and choose between two specializations: Digital Marketing or E-commerce. The year includes numerous supervised projects to apply theoretical knowledge.
- Year 3: Takeoff (60 ECTS credits): Students choose between a classic track, a digital marketing and e-commerce manager track, or an apprenticeship track.
- Classic Track: Includes a six-month study abroad period at a partner institution followed by a six-month internship.
- Digital Marketing and E-commerce Manager Track: Features 100% English courses such as Business Ethics, Personal Branding, Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence.
- Apprenticeship Track: Alternates between company work and school training, with specializations like Digital Communication Assistant, E-Commerce Manager, Retail Manager, or Sport Business Developer.
Assessment:
Assessment methods include case studies, simulations, presentations, exams, thesis defense, individual and group projects, and online certifications (Hubspot, Google, Meta, Opquast, TOEIC, and Voltaire).
Teaching:
The program uses an innovative, participatory, and project-oriented pedagogy. Learning is enhanced through team work on real-world cases, challenges, workshops, learning expeditions, and meetings. The school aims to help students discover their potential through diverse educational experiences.

Graduates are prepared for various positions, including Omnichannel Communications Specialist, Content Manager, E-Reputation Specialist, Community Manager, Web Writer, E-Business Development Manager, Traffic Manager, E-Business Developer, E-Commerce Manager, and E-CRM Project Manager. They can work in the general management of SMEs needing digital communication development or within communication or business development departments of companies where digital is crucial for commercial development and positioning.

- At least two international immersions (Digital Study Tour & Fall Semester in Lisbon).
