Program Overview

The MQF Level 4 Award for Real Estate Property Consultants is a 3-month program designed to equip aspiring and practicing real estate agents with the knowledge, skills, and licensing to become competent professionals in the field. Through a combination of face-to-face and work-based learning, participants gain expertise in property evaluation, legal requirements, and negotiation while preparing for the licensing examinations required to act as real estate agents in accordance with the Real Estate Agents, Property Brokers and Property Consultants Act.

Degree Overview:

The MQF Level 4 Award for Real Estate Property Consultants is a program designed to equip aspiring and practicing real estate professionals with the knowledge, skills, competencies, and licensing required to become competent and resourceful real estate agents. The program aims to provide comprehensive technical knowledge and practical expertise in various areas related to the property market.

Assessment:

To achieve the MQF Level 4 Award for Real Estate Property Consultants qualification, candidates need to successfully pass a series of examinations.

Careers:

Upon successful completion of the course, individuals will obtain the relevant license to act as real estate agents as outlined in ACT No. XXXII of 2020 — Real Estate Agents, Property Brokers and Property Consultants Act, 2020.

• The qualification covers all aspects of real estate, including working with clients, property valuations, buying and selling, financing, negotiation, and the legal requirements and expectations of agents.
• The program is delivered through face-to-face and work-based learning.

• The program is accredited by the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA).
• The program is at Level 4 in the Malta Qualifications Framework and the European Qualifications Framework for lifelong learning.
