The BSc in Human Resource Management (Top-Up) is a one-year program designed for individuals with prior experience in HR Management and relevant education. It is the final year of the HR Degree, focusing on developing advanced skills for handling and managing HR situations in the workplace. Upon completion, learners earn two globally recognized qualifications from Central Mediterranean Business School (CMBS) and Coventry University, equipping them to work in human resource management within a business environment.
