Program Overview
This Foundation Degree in HR Management equips learners with the skills and knowledge to effectively handle HR responsibilities and manage teams. Through a combination of theoretical concepts and practical implementation, the program prepares individuals for careers in human resources, fostering their understanding of human behavior, organizational behavior, and conflict management. The program is accredited by MFHEA and is designed for individuals aged 21+ who aspire to or are already working in HR.
