Program Overview

This Foundation Degree in HR Management equips learners with the skills and knowledge to effectively handle HR responsibilities and manage teams. Through a combination of theoretical concepts and practical implementation, the program prepares individuals for careers in human resources, fostering their understanding of human behavior, organizational behavior, and conflict management. The program is accredited by MFHEA and is designed for individuals aged 21+ who aspire to or are already working in HR.

This Foundation Degree in HR Management is designed to provide a solid foundation for understanding complex HR issues in the workplace. Upon completion, learners will be well-prepared to thrive in their human resource careers.

Objectives:

The program aims to equip learners with the skills and knowledge to:

• Negotiate packages that benefit both the employee and the organization.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the HR department and the communication strategy of the organization.

• Create an effective change management plan under the supervision of management.
