This 2-month Award in Information Technology in Human Resource is designed for individuals aged 21+ seeking to enter or enhance their HR careers. It explores how IT supports HR processes, including payroll, performance management, and knowledge management. Learners will develop skills in monitoring IT trends, selecting software tools, creating HR strategies, and using HR systems to automate processes and enhance data management

Objectives:

Learners will learn how to:

  • Monitor trends in information technology which positively effect human resource management
  • Make effective use of relevant software for processes of human such as payroll, leave and sick leave
  • Practice effective data collection and storing of HR-related data making effective use of HR systems
