Degree Overview:

The Award in Research Methods is a 2-month program designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge necessary to conduct effective research and develop research proposals.

Objectives:

Learners will gain the ability to:

• Describe the role of research in business and management.
• Identify interesting research topics.
• Review literature effectively and present it appropriately.
• Differentiate between various research philosophies and approaches.
• Understand the importance of ethics in research.
• Differentiate between different sampling methods.

Assessment:

The program is assessed through a research proposal.

Careers:

The program is intended for individuals aged 21+ who aspire to work or are already working in the HR field.
