Degree Overview:
The BSc in Business Management (Top-Up) is a one-year program designed for learners with prior experience in business management and/or a relevant education. It focuses on current leadership and management practices, providing insights into the thinking, working, leading, and inspiring styles of effective managers and great leaders within organizations. Upon completion, students earn two globally recognized qualifications from Central Mediterranean Business School (CMBS) and Coventry University.
Objectives:
The program aims to equip learners with the skills and knowledge to:
- Forecast HR needs with the HR department
- Manage and motivate employees using strategic HR practices
- Ensure compliance with recruitment and employment laws
- Implement performance management and reward systems
- Advocate for effective recruitment procedures and participate in the recruitment process
- Collaborate with financial professionals on budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
- Interpret financial data to improve organizational performance
- Comply with financial regulations and monitor industry trends
- Conduct ethical and effective data gathering aligned with research methods
- Conduct thorough literature reviews for research proposals and projects
