The MQF Level 5 Foundation Degree in Business Management is designed to build upon the Diploma in Business Management, allowing learners to further their studies in management. The program equips learners with leadership tools to become better people managers and more effective leaders. It emphasizes the importance of various practices in managing businesses and driving individuals, teams, and organizations towards success.

Objectives:

Upon completion of the program, learners will be able to:

• Define and critically discuss the term "business" and the different types of organizations within the business industry.
• Understand the impact of the external environment on a business's overall success.
• Comply with employment laws and regulations during recruitment.
• Differentiate between management and leadership, highlighting key similarities and differences.
• Implement stress management techniques when necessary.
• Execute effective communication plans based on organizational requirements.
• Utilize effective and appropriate communication methods and techniques with all stakeholders.
• Create simple general ledger accounts and journal entries.
