Program Overview
The MQF Level 5 Award in Operations Management from Central Mediterranean Business School aims to equip learners with a comprehensive understanding of operations management principles and practices. Through hands-on learning and assessments, participants will develop skills in managing operations, evaluating processes, solving business problems, and presenting reports. The program takes place over 2 months in a blended format of face-to-face and work-based learning, and is available for both EU and non-EU students.

Degree Overview:
The MQF Level 5 Award in Operations Management aims to help learners gain an understanding of the key areas of operations management. Learners will gain a solid understanding of how businesses operate, what the key levers to sustainable and successful performance are, and how they can be applied, controlled and monitored.
Objectives:
Learners will learn how to:
- Manage operational activities in the company
- Evaluate processes and procedures
- Provide effective solutions to business problems
- Effectively solve business problems
- Present business reports.
Assessment:
The Award in Operations Management is assessed through an examination.
