Objectives:
By the end of this Award, learners will have been exposed to:
- Use emotional intelligence in an effective way to self-regulate, self-motivate and be more self-aware
- Develop one’s self-awareness and reflective practice techniques
- Outline the benefits of interpersonal skills from a personal point of view and in the professional life
- Examplify ways to develop one’s interpersonal skills such as implementing a self-evaluation outlining strengths and weaknesses
- Examplify ways in which interpersonal skills lead to enhanced and better performing teams
- Indicate how interpersonal skills affect individuals in becoming effective leaders

- This qualification is awarded by Central Mediterranean Business School (CMBS).

Admission Requirements
Entry Requirements:
- MQF Level 4 qualification in a relevant field: This means having a qualification recognized as equivalent to Level 4 on the Malta Qualifications Framework (MQF) in a field related to business management.
- Matriculation certificate with passes in at least 2 A-levels and 3 Intermediates: This refers to the Maltese Matriculation Certificate, requiring successful completion of at least two Advanced Level (A-level) subjects and three Intermediate Level subjects.
- Relevant work experience in a relevant field: This indicates that individuals with relevant work experience in business management, even without formal qualifications, may be considered.
Language Proficiency Requirements:
- Non-native English speakers must also have an English qualification such as CEFR or IELTS 5.5: This requirement applies specifically to individuals whose native language is not English. They must demonstrate proficiency in English through a recognized qualification like the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) or an IELTS score of 5.5 or higher.
