Program Overview


The Award in Coaching and Mentoring at Central Mediterranean Business School equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to effectively coach and mentor in the workplace. Through a combination of face-to-face and work-based learning, students learn various models and tools for enhancing coaching abilities, managing teams, and improving productivity.
