EMS SUMMER CAMP 2024 - EMS Language

The EMS Summer Camp 2024 is a one-month English language program offering comprehensive instruction in Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking skills. The program includes four hours of class time daily, plus extracurricular activities such as beach fun, mountain excursions, and theme park visits.

Course Schedule: The program has three intakes: June, July, and August 2024.

Beach fun – Langkawi Island (3 days, 2 nights plus flight)

Sightseeing – Kuala Lumpur city tour and Visit Batu Cave
Shopping – Genting Highland and Sky World Theme Park

Accommodation:
Accommodation is provided throughout the Summer Camp.
Accommodation is valid one day prior to the start of the intake date.
Each student will have his own private room.
Single rooms with individual bathroom.
Daily cleaning services.

Within 20 minutes of walking distance to EMS Language Centre.
Accessible by public transport to KLCC station.

Age Groups:
Young English learners aged 7 to 15 years old attend the Kids class.
Students aged 15 years and above attend the adult class.
Travel for Minors:
EMS does not recommend children below the age of 15 to travel unaccompanied.
Parents are advised to appoint a guardian in Malaysia to assist their children.
Visa Requirements: No visa is required for the Summer Camp as it is considered educational tourism.
Registration: Students are required to register for the EMS Summer Camp 15 days before their desired arrival time in Malaysia.
Langkawi Trip:
Limited air tickets (80 seats per month) are available on a first come first serve basis.
Students who register after the seats are full will not have a trip for the weekend.
In case of cancellation, 800 MYR will be deducted from the total price.
Flight Tickets: Students are advised to send their flight tickets at least 2 weeks in advance to enable the school to arrange their accommodation check-in and airport pick-up.
Check-in Time: Check-in time for the accommodation is from 8 am to 9 pm.
Certificate of Completion: All students will receive a certificate of completion.
Consent Form: Students below 18 years old must provide a consent form from their parents or legal guardians before traveling to Malaysia, or they have to be accompanied by a guardian.
Guardians: Every student under 12 needs the presence of guardians.
Confirmation: Every student has to confirm their package and register at least 1 month before the start date.
