Program Overview
Our Mastère in Culinary Arts & Management program is designed for aspiring culinary professionals who want to take their skills to the next level. This program combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience in state-of-the-art kitchens.
Students will study advanced culinary techniques, menu development and food and beverage management, as well as the cultural and historical influences of cooking. The program also explores the business side of the culinary world, including operations management, marketing and financial management.

Degree Overview:
The Mastère in Culinary Art Management is a two-year program with classes held two days a week. The program requires a minimum of 3/4 years of university studies for admission. The program is RNCP Certified, which means it is officially recognized by the French government and registered with the National Directory of Professional Certifications. The program aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of French culinary techniques and management practices in the field of gastronomy. Students will learn from experts in the field and gain practical experience through internships and professional projects.
