  • Equip participants with the tools and resources to find and maintain employment.

Teaching:

The program utilizes a combination of virtual training, workshops, and mentorship to deliver its curriculum.

  • Virtual Training: Participants receive up to 8 weeks of paid virtual training ($12.50/hr).

  • Program Duration: The program runs for up to 8 weeks.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for the program, participants must be DC residents, 18 years or older, have a high school diploma or GED, and not receive TANF cash benefits.
  • Additional Benefits: Participants have the opportunity to win cash prizes through weekly contests and a car if they maintain employment for 90 days.
