The course is open to candidates who have already joined or intend to join technical offices of public bodies, companies that operate on behalf of public entities or companies that manage building works and infrastructure projects and candidates who are interested in specialization. The course is reserved for candidates with a Bachelor or Master of Science degree. Equivalents foreign qualifications from the respective University Systems will be considered.
