The Executive Master, a collaboration between POLI.design and the Accademia Unidee of the Fondazione Pistoletto Onlus, offers an innovative approach that integrates Design techniques and methods with the sensitivity of Art to promote social and environmental commitment across all professions and product sectors.
Objectives:
The program aims to equip individuals with the skills to lead the transformation of organizations (public and private, profit and non-profit) that recognize the importance of social, environmental, and economic responsibility as opportunities for development and growth.
Description:
The program provides theoretical, methodological, and design tools based on Design Thinking, humanistic and social elements, Strategic Design and its applications on a territorial and social scale, critical thinking, contemporary economy and organization, and Participatory Governance models suitable for complex and continuous change contexts.

The Master is an immersive collective experience primarily held in Biella at Cittadellarte, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration with Italian and international companies and organizations in the field of Social Innovation and Social Engagement. The Master is divided into three macro-areas:

Entry Requirements:
The First Level Specializing Master is addressed in particular to professionals. In order to take part in the selection candidates should possess a Bachelor or Master's Degree or a Academic Diploma of First or Second Level in Industrial Design, Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Politics, Sociology, Philosophy, Communication and Arts. Equivalent foreign qualifications in their respective University Systems will be considered for the selection.
