- Management Tools: Participants will gain knowledge of managerial tools used to introduce technological innovation into schools, even though they are not directly responsible for implementing these changes.
- Digitalization in Education: The program explores the opportunities digitalization offers for teaching, examining how didactics evolve with technology, the implications of teaching skills in a digital world, and the training needs of teachers transitioning from traditional to digital teaching models.
Objectives:
The program aims to equip participants with the following skills:
- Organizational Change Management: Master the tools for supporting organizational changes within educational institutions.
- Digital Technology Skills: Acquire specific skills related to digital technologies, including their application in educational activities.
