Program Objectives:
Graduate Emirati Researchers:
Contribute to the graduation of Emirati researchers, muftis, and jurists highly qualified in Islamic Law sciences, fundamentals, and branches of jurisprudence. This aims to fill vacancies in religion-related jobs in state institutions and entities with national cadres familiar with Emirati society.
Combine Religious Knowledge and Scientific Research:
Integrate religious knowledge with experienced scientific research based on valid research methods from original sources, regulated by a sound understanding of Sharia texts. This seeks to achieve effective religious knowledge that considers the objectives of legislation and balances the controls of sound independent judgment (ijtihad) with contemporary era requirements.
Control Fatwa Methodologies:
Control the methodologies of fatwa and religious discourse issues in Emirati society, highlighting tolerance and simplicity towards humans.
Issue Sound Fatwas:
Issue sound fatwas based on a sound understanding of authentic legislative texts, considering their ethical purposes and intents, the various requirements of the contemporary era, and the characteristics and interests of Emirati society.
Highlight Tolerance and Simplicity:
Highlight the tolerance and simplicity of Islam towards humans, emphasizing and defending the concepts of tolerance, peace, and good citizenship.
Demonstrate Jurists' Method:
Demonstrate the jurists' method in judging the opinions of scholars from different doctrines, considering time, place, individual, and group.
Communication and Interaction Skills:
Employ communication and effective interaction skills in preparing and addressing religious discourses.
Alignment with National Qualification System (NQS):
The program outcomes have been aligned with the National Qualification System (NQS) of the United Arab Emirates.

- Study System: Credit hours system, teaching during academic weekdays (Monday to Friday).

Assessment:
- Course Completion: The course is completed with a mark of (2.00) at least.
- Master's Degree Award: Master's degree is awarded in the university based on the following averages:
- Average: 3.70 – 4.00 |
- Grade: Excellent
- Average: 3.00 – less than – 3.70 |
- Grade: Very Good
- Fulfillment of Graduation Requirements:
- Finalizing all program courses, including the thesis.
- Acquiring an accumulative average of (3.00).
- Fulfilling the required period to get the degree without exceeding the maximum limit.

- Admission Requirements:
- Successful completion of a bachelor's degree or its equivalent with "very good" or above.
- Bachelor's degree must be issued by a recognized university.
- University degree must be in a subject that qualifies the applicant for the specialized study.
- Passing a written exam and a personal interview before the Scientific Committee.
- Meeting the following requirements at the end of the first semester:
- Minimum average of (3) in the semester average.
- Minimum score of (1400) points in the Emirates Standardized Test (EMSAT) in Arabic language, and a minimum score of (1250) points in English or its equivalent in other standardized tests (IETLS, TOEFL …).
- Minimum score of (700) points in the Emirates Standardized Test (EMSAT) in mathematics.
