The program consists of 10 courses, each lasting 11 weeks. The program is delivered online, allowing students to earn their degree on their own terms.

- Students can choose from eight program concentrations: Adult Education and Development, Corporate Learning, Teacher Leadership, Educational Administration, Curriculum Instruction and Assessment, Instructional Design and Technology, Technology Innovations for Education, and Educational Technology Leadership.
- The program includes courses that impart critical skills and knowledge for use in educational roles of all types. Students pursuing teacher or school administrator certification in the public school system should contact their respective state offices of education as well as local school district to confirm educational requirements before beginning the program.
- Strayer University is an accredited institution and a member of the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE or the Commission).

Entry Requirements:
- A completed application and enrollment agreement, as applicable
- Proof of a completed baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university with a cumulative GPA of 2.50 out of 4.0
