Program Overview
This Master's Degree in Applied Linguistics is a 5-6 semester program that provides students with 32 credit hours of instruction, including 9 courses and an 8-credit dissertation. The curriculum covers computational linguistics, applied linguistics, semantics, discourse analysis, language planning, and lexicography, among other topics. Classes are conducted on weekends (Fridays and Saturdays), and the degree is offered in collaboration with Institute of Linguistics and Translation, Faculty of Arts, Alexandria University.
