The Postgraduate Diploma in Conflict and Dispute Resolution Studies (CDRS) is a one-year part-time program designed to train students in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The program combines academic research with practical experience from industry professionals.
Objectives:
- Demonstrate best practices for ADR in resolving commercial, community, workplace, international, and other disputes.
- Provide a deep understanding of the causes and nature of conflict, various conflict resolution processes, and their application.
