The Postgraduate Diploma in Conflict and Dispute Resolution Studies at Trinity College Dublin is a part-time program that equips students with the knowledge and skills in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Degree Overview:

The Postgraduate Diploma in Conflict and Dispute Resolution Studies (CDRS) is a one-year part-time program designed to train students in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The program combines academic research with practical experience from industry professionals.

Objectives:

• Demonstrate best practices for ADR in resolving commercial, community, workplace, international, and other disputes.
• Provide a deep understanding of the causes and nature of conflict, various conflict resolution processes, and their application.

• Completion of a successful Mediation Roleplay Competency Assessment allows students to apply for Certified Mediation status with the Mediators' Institute of Ireland.
