This program explores questions of identity in the context of European and related cultures. It equips students with critical tools and real-life experience to understand the complex challenges posed by shifting notions of identity. The program offers flexible course delivery options, including full-time and part-time, to enable students to develop strong intercultural communication skills for successful engagements with diverse audiences.

- Core Modules:
- Questions of Identity in Europe (two modules, one in each semester)
- Optional Modules:
- Selection of modules from a wide range offered by the program and other Master's courses at Trinity, such as:
- Food, Drink and European Cultural Identities
- Forced Migration and Identity
- Cultures of Memory and Identity in Central Europe
- Art, Gender and Identity
- Racism and Resistance
- Empire, Colonialism and Globalisation in the Middle East and North Africa
- Field Trip:
- Three-day field trip to Belgium to network and create links with cultural institutions, organizations, and NGOs
- Internship (Optional):
- Opportunity to do an internship at an approved NGO or cultural institution in Dublin
- Identity Workshop:
- Features speakers from civil society, the creative industries, and/or academia
- Research Dissertation:
- Guidance from experts in the field

- Follows the same core components as the Master's, with the exception of the dissertation
- Option to sign up for the dissertation module after the Diploma program is completed
