Program Overview

This 1-2 year program from University College Dublin focuses on the study of past material culture through practical training and lectures. It explores how past societies understood and utilized various materials, including stone, wood, textiles, and ceramics, in their buildings, technologies, and everyday lives. Students gain hands-on experience in object and materials analyses, including 3D scanning, photogrammetry, and microscopy.
